Complaints in respect of our radio services are handled under Code No. 2 of the ANRA Codes of Practice for Open Narrowcast
Radio. Listeners may lodge complaints in respect of anything they hear on our stations covered by that code by post to
PO Box 106, Kotara 2289 NSW. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint except where it is clearly frivolous, vexatious
or not made in good faith. To assist us to better help you, when contacting us please provide details of any present or past
participation or employment you have with any radio service (other than our own) in the relevant Broadcast area.
